| PRE-ORDER/BACK ORDER ITEMS: If an item is not yet released, you will see a "pre-order/backorder" tag next to the item. Even though this item is not in stock, you are able to order the item; your card is charged for the full purchase price or the pre-order price. Sometimes this price is generally higher than the actual price you will ultimately pay. On occasion the pre-order price will be less than the actual sale price when the item is in stock. When the actual price is determined, the overpayment amount will be refunded to your card or other method of payment. We do this so that you will not have to be charged again in order to get your item shipped immediately to you. Also we do not save your credit card information, so automatically recharging your card is not an option. If the final selling price is higher than the pre-order price that amount will be due prior to shipping. If you see a tag of "Coming Soon" and a price of .99 cents or less, this is the pre-order price for an item where a final price has yet to be determined. In this case you will be charged the pre-order price and when the items prices is determined you can chose to pay the balance or request a refund. You are able to cancel your pre-order up to 7 days prior to the item being released. ORDER ON REQUEST: These items are considered a special order. Most of the time we will drop ship them directly from the supplier so there is no delay. Sometimes we will order them from our supplier and ship as soon as they are available in stock. BUY BACK POLICY: Any phone purchased from Negri Electronics qualifies for our "Buy Back Policy". If you have an interest in selling or trading in your phone for a new phone from our store, please email us for shipping instructions so we can provide you with an accurate trade in or cash value for your phone. Other phones may also qualify for the "Buy Back Policy", even if the phone was not originally purchased from Negri Electronics. RETURN POLICY: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within 7 days for a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee (excludes "open box" items). If you choose to "Refuse Delivery" of your item there were be a $25.00 refusal fee instead of a 5% restock fee. All opened/unused items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; used items are subject to a 15%-45% restocking fee based on usage, condition, accessories, and packaging (also applies to returned "open box" items). After 7 days, all returns are subject to our "Buy Back Policy". A store credit will be issued for your trade in based on the usage of the phone, the exterior condition of the phone, the condition of the packaging, and the accessories attached or included. If you would prefer to receive a refund (instead of a store credit), you may opt to use our "Buy Back Policy". However, the refund amount is typically less than the trade in value your item would receive. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: A defective item may be returned (for an exact replacement) within 25 days of date of purchase. If an exact replacement is not available, you will be offered a store credit toward a future purchase, on most items. If you would prefer a refund (instead of a store credit), you may request a full refund, minus shipping charges. The exchange process typically takes 48-72 hours to complete. After 25 days you may choose to send your defective item to us and we can send this to the manufacturer for you, for repair (charges apply), or you are free to do this yourself. You will need the original invoice from us in order to have your item repaired or exchanged by the manufacturer. Warranty varies by manufacturer, but typically warranties are valid for 1 year from purchase. REPAIRS: We now offer full repairs on iPhones and Blackberry devices. Repair takes anywhere from 3-10 weeks. Please contact us for more information about this valuable service. OPEN BOX SPECIALS: These products are not new, but many are in first class condition; often products that have been returned opened but not used or damaged. If there is only one of each of these products available, they will be allocated on a strict "first come, first served" basis. Some of these still have the remainder of their 1 year warranty on them. Please check with the manufacturer when you receive your item. We will offer a 7 day return policy on all "Open Box" items. After 7 days the customer is responsible for the repair through the manufacturer. These terms also apply to Refurbished Items labeled with (RB) in the items title. RMA NUMBERS: In order to expedite your return, please Contact Us and request an RMA number. We will provide you with an RMA number so that your return may be processed and tracked properly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are never refundable unless we ship an incorrect item. PRE-RELEASE/PROTO-TYPE: Phones sold as Pre-release or Proto-Types do not qualify for our return policy, nor is any warranty expressed or implied. No Returns On these items will be accepted. They are, however, eligible for our "Buy Back" policy. BRANDED UNLOCKED PHONES: Phones branded by ANY GSM carrier lose their warranty as soon as they are unlocked. They can be sent out for warranty by a service provider if you have an account with the service provider to which the phone was locked to. Otherwise there is no warranty associated with these devices. In these cases we recommend you purchase the CPS Warranty available on the products page. ACCESSORIES: Due to numerous requests we have started to carry the most commonly used accessories to bundle with your device. Each accessory will be selected to fit the device that you have ordered. If this accessory is not available for your device, you will be refunded that amount when your order ships. If the accessory is not in stock at the current time, it will be shipped when it reaches our floor. If you do place an order for a device and accessory and choose a method other than Ground, and we do not have your accessory in stock in the same location as the device, we will ship your device VIA the method of shipping you chose for the order and ship your accessory Ground.
