As you know I ordered and received an Argard M10 on Friday morning, May 4, 2007, and immediately set it up to charge. When I checked it 6 or 7 hours later I found that it was not charging or at least the red lights would not come on as per the instructions.
I called your customer service department, however it was after hours and the message directed me to email your company for help. Not only did I receive an email within 20 minutes, but it was from you the Owner, which I have never had happen.
We exchanged emails for several hours and you satisfied me completely and now, have shipped me a new one for overnight delivery.
I only can hope that the Argard M10 bluetooth headset performs half as well as you have, and that will be good enough. Again, let me say that not only was the service excellent, but you took the time to help me on a weekend and you were out of town. THAT MY FRIEND IS CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS.

Shipped nice and quick (granted I was so impatient no expedited shipping would have been quick enough!
