RIM has developed the new smartphone Blackberry P9981. The Blackberry P981 has been designed in collaboration with Porsche Design that’s why it is named as Blackberry P9981 Porsche Design. It runs on Blackberry OS 7 with the support of MSM 8655 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 1.2 GHz, 768 MB RAM.

Blackberry P9981 Porsche Design includes a 2.8-inch touch screen with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (287dpi). It has a full QWERTY keyboard that makes its easy for you write text messages.

LG has launched a new smartphone LG Doubleplay for T-Mobile (also known as LG flip II). It’s an impressive new 4G Android Smartphone that will allow you to multi-task like you have never multi-tasked before. As its name implies LG DoublePlay has two touch screens. The slide-out QWERTY keyboard is split by a secondary touch screen that doubles as an app drawer. It’s a GSM technology phone which support the frequency (850/900/1800/1900 MHz, 1700/2100 MHz).

Motorola announced the Motorola Xoom 2 tablet in October 2011. Its predecessor (Motorola Xoom) was announced in January 2011 and released in Feburary 2011.

Like its predecessor, Motorola Xoom 2 is an Android-based tablet computer by Motorola. The tablet used Android v3.2 operating system. It has an Nvidia Tegra 2 T20 chipset with dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and ULP GeForce GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM.

The dimension of Motorola XOOM 2 is 253.9 x 173.6 x 8.8 mm with 599 g of weight. It has TFT capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors display with screen size 800 x 1280 pixels, 10.1 inches (~149 ppi pixel density). It’s a multi-touch supportive device.

One thing to remember about Motorola XOOM 2 is that this is not a GSM device; it will not work on any GSM network worldwide. It does not support GSM voice communication, SMS and MMS.

When Blackberry launched its Torch Slide Phone on September 2010 in North America, it had really impressed most users. However there are some who are not quite satisfied with what Blackberry 9800 has offered.

In terms of physical appearance this phone comes with 111 x 62 x 14.6mm in size and weighs 161g which is handy and a bit heavy unlike the other mobile phones. It’s great news for the Blackberry enthusiasts! Along with some other BlackBerry Handsets like the BlackBerry Bold Touch, BlackBerry Torch 2, a new handset is probably in the pipeline of getting released in The BlackBerry world, which is going to be held in May this year. Yeah! You read it true! After going through lots of speculations finally I have seen the Blackberry Storm 3 (Popularly known as the Monaco) with the Verizon branding. For now, I can tell that Verizon is making some daring moves! As the previous market results of the predecessors of the Storm series were not inspiring for someone intending to invest lots of money on Smartphones. But still you can never be sure about the success of a device. Regardless of these facts Verizon have decided to back Blackberry Storm 3 (should I call it Monaco?), and I strongly believe that they have some strong reasons behind this. As I was telling, recently I have seen a video, bit blurry though, but still the logo of ‘Verizon’ is quite clear for you to see. But unfortunately you have to wait more for getting the details of this device and personally I am yet to know about it myself. But don’t worry I am keeping an eye on it and I can assure you that if I hear something or read something about it then I would definitely share it with you on the first hand. I am posting the video link also for you to see whether Verizon is really branding the Blackberry Storm 3.
