There has been rumors that Microsoft will be releasing the Zune Phone at the MWC in Barcelona.  The Zune Phone will be running on Nvidia’s Tegra and will have a 480 x 272 screen, HDMI out, weigh around 70 grams, and use Windows Mobile 7.
