Is the HP Slate better then the Apple iPad?? I personally think it is… There are similar features between the 2 such as: screen size, both have an eBook client, both support multi-touch, and the storage is approximately the same. But the Slate has many features that will make me choose it instead of the iPad, such as: MULTITASKING, FLASH SUPPORT, is actually run a PC operating system (Windows 7), you can use any browser, it has a camera, USB port, it runs Windows apps, better processor, and will be cheaper probably. With those features the Slate wins hands-down. But on the other hand the iPad also has a few better features, such as: you can BUY an optional dongle for expandable memory, it has 3g (the expensive models at least), and we don’t know how long the battery of the Slate lasts since 10hrs is quite good. They’re also both good looking… There are also other tablets that one might look into, such as the Fusion Garage JooJoo, the Dell Mini 5, the Archos 7 Android, the Archos 9, and the Lenovo IdeaPad U1.

Even though Apple claim to be so innovative with their devices, they still don’t find it worthy enough to support flash. So Steve Job’s so called ‘best browsing experience’ isn’t really that good in reality. Since without flash support, iPad users can’t “connect to Disney, Hulu, Miniclip, Farmville, ESPN, Kongregate, or JibJab, not to mention the millions of other sites on the Web” that use Flash“, as Adobe group manager Adrian Ludwig stated. He said that “without Flash support, iPad users will not be able to access the full range of Web content, including over 70 percent of games and 75 percent of video on the Web.” Will Apple release a future patch to solve this daunting problem? or will they hold on to their restrictions.

If you have a laptop you have probably needed to put a book or a cushion between it and the legs to isolate the heat from the computer.
Precisely this is the problem that this elegant support LapDesk Comfort Logitech solves.
The base consists of a padded bottom surface that fits over the thighs and insulates from heat; plus a rigid surface over which place it on the laptop. Great for any laptop up to 17 inch screen. For computers under 15 inches this model may be too big. In this case the LapDesk N315 may be more appropriate, although a little extra space is a good option if you use a mouse.
LapDesk Comfort is a high quality product and its a big difference compared to the usual models as cushions or books.
