Avid readers of this blog, could predict a post by me on Nokia’s new Booklet 3G, a fully packed netbook, with loads of flavor. Nokia might have just announced the worlds best netbook in my opinion. The booklet 3G comes fully loaded with a ton of luxurious features, such as:
From photos the Booklet 3G lets relatively thin compared to other netbooks. Nokia will also integrate Nokia’s Ovi tools, including the company’s maps, music store, and cloud-based Ovi Suite.

Sharp have launched their model to join the ever-growing Netbook market. The Sharp PC-z1 will run a Linux Ubuntu, and is aimed to be a low cost netbook. Sharp has raised the bar with better boot time and a claimed a 10-hour battery life. The high-resolution, 5-inch touch-screen LCD enables intuitive touch operation while the full keyboard provides more comfortable text inputting. The only downfall is the 5 inch display, thats tiny! But on the other hand. Its does look rather Stylish, with its flat buttons, and sexy colours..

Images of the soon to be budget HTC Android phone have emerged, although not officially announced… The Click, which should launch in the fourth quarter of this year, is reported to cost around $300 being the lowest priced Android phones. Similar to the MyTouch 3G, the phone will obviously have a touch screen and will have a 2.8-inch display. The phone will also have a microSD card slot and a camera. Even though Android is a growing market, my doubt is that people don’t seem to know much about Android, and think that its still too young to take over a large share of the smartphone market… With Nokia announcing their 5230, which could be cheaper, I doubt that people will choose the rookie HTC Click for the experienced Nokia 5230.

On Friday, a homebrew patch was released, giving the Palm Pre and QWERTY keyboard (homebrew apps are third-party applications, not developed by Palm), Pre users can type without opening the slider keyboard. I personally think that this feature should have been released with the phone in the first place…

Microsoft have announced an Xbox price cut by $100, beginning August 28, the price of an Xbox 360 Elite console will now be priced at just $299.99.
Sony have also lowered he prices for their PS3 80gb model to $299 and its 160gb model will drop from $499 to $399.
The only question now is, Will Nintendo lower their Wii prices?

Version 30 was released for the Nokia 5800. This release only fixes minor bugs, so nothing huge or anything. But its still worth getting… The update includes:
There is also still rumor of another big update V31
Nokia’s new N900 is set to run on a Linux based OS. Half cell phone, half computer, the N900 will offer multitasking, Web browsing, a touch screen, and slide-out keyboard. Running the open-source Maemo 5 software, it allows people to use multiple applications at the same time… The N900 includes an ARM Cortex-A8 processor, 1GB of application memory, 32GB of storage (expandable to 48GB with a MicroSD card), and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It measures 4.4 inches by 2.4 inches and features a 3.5-inch widescreen display. This device is equipped with a Mozilla browser and Adobe Flash 9.4 support, the device also provides 10/2 High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) for mobile broadband speed, along with wireless LAN connectivity. Nokia have also packed in a 5-megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens. At 500 euros (around $712), Nokia will offer the N900 in selected markets starting in October. With all this + a growing OVI Store, could the N900 be the ultimate Iphone killer? and Why?
